The PSB830 thread bar is made of black steel with a continuous right-handed along the entire length of the bar. The continuous threading allows the cut of the bar with different length according to the design requirements and it also improves the adhesion between the bar and grouting.

The Threaded Bar is constructed from machined aluminum for a balance of weight and strength, then anodized black for improved wear and corrosion resistance. Note that there is no industry standard for support rod threads, so it's best to stay within one brand when sourcing optional rod extenders.

Material requirements for 15mm Threaded Bar:

It can be seen from the extrusion process that the screw works under high temperature, certain corrosion, strong wear and high torque.

2) Wear resistance and long service life;
3) Corrosion resistance, the material is corrosive;
4) High strength, can withstand large torque and high speed;
5) It has good cutting performance;
6) After heat treatment, the residual stress is small, and the thermal deformation is small.
